Basketball: Dribbling

In general, the main basic in playing basketball is the dribble, where we are as a basketball player should be able to master the ball well and not easily disteal by the opponent.

Good dribbling technique, is the hand must be flexible and follow the ball, do not pat the ball with the palm of the hand, but the acceptance of a ball in the hands of only a finger - the finger only. So we more easily control the direction of movement of the ball.

Try when do dribble, the ball is made as low as possible so as not easily captured by the opponent [with a slightly bent position of the body]. This helps us to cover the ball from the opponent team who tried to snatch the ball. Try not to put the ball in the open position, as when we stand upright, then the ball is placed on the right or left of our bodies. Body position is too upright will make us the easier opponent to steal the ball from us. As already proficient in doing dribble, the next step is to learn to not see the ball when dribbling. It is intended that when we encounter game situations, we can better focus to see the movement team [for passing] and anticipate the movement of the opponent.
