- 100 g dark cooking chocolate, chopped
- 50 g cocoa (cocoa powder)
- 200 g brown sugar
- 125 ml soy milk, heat
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 tablespoons ground almonds
- 50 g wheat flour (wholemeal)
- 4 egg whites, beat until it forms soft foam
How to make:
(cooking time: 40 minutes)
- Preheat oven to 180 ° C. Grease a 20 cm diameter round baking pan with a little butter.
- Combine the chopped chocolate, cocoa powder, and brown sugar. Pour the hot soy milk. Stir until chocolate is melted and smooth.
- Add the egg yolks and stir well. Enter the almonds that have been mashed and wheat flour
- Put whipped egg whites into the chocolate mixture, stirring gently until blended.
- Pour the batter into the pan, smooth. Bake cake for 40 minutes until cooked. Remove from heat. Once cool, remove cake from pan, cut into pieces.
