Chocolate Fudge Cake Recipe


For 8-10 pieces
ingredients:
(preparation time: 15 minutes)

  1. 100 g dark cooking chocolate, chopped
  2. 50 g cocoa (cocoa powder)
  3. 200 g brown sugar
  4. 125 ml soy milk, heat
  5. 2 egg yolks
  6. 2 tablespoons ground almonds
  7. 50 g wheat flour (wholemeal)
  8. 4 egg whites, beat until it forms soft foam


How to make:
(cooking time: 40 minutes)


  1. Preheat oven to 180 ° C. Grease a 20 cm diameter round baking pan with a little butter.
  2. Combine the chopped chocolate, cocoa powder, and brown sugar. Pour the hot soy milk. Stir until chocolate is melted and smooth.
  3. Add the egg yolks and stir well. Enter the almonds that have been mashed and wheat flour
  4. Put whipped egg whites into the chocolate mixture, stirring gently until blended.
  5. Pour the batter into the pan, smooth. Bake cake for 40 minutes until cooked. Remove from heat. Once cool, remove cake from pan, cut into pieces.
