Symptoms and Causes of stress need to know all the people because certainly a lot of people can experience this. Stress itself is the body's reaction to situations that appear dangerous or difficult. Stress causes the body to produce adrenaline hormone that works to defend itself. Stress is part of human life. mild levels of stress actually beneficial to the body. Do not immediately frowned.
