How To Build An Organization


To build an organization the most important thing is the presence of loyalty. An organization will move forward if the people who work together on it, working in a compact. Those who have different capabilities, but have similar goals. They are loyal to the organization and the Founding Father who lead it. With only a few people who are loyal to an organization will always be there and move on.


The diversity of the ability to further capital to continue building the organization to advance. For a leader it was his job in the know and sort out the ability of its members so as to put its members in accordance with their respective expertise.

do not make an organization we lead too seurius so that the organization looks tense atmosphere, the members will feel pressured into rules and regulations. Make it casual, as if the members do not feel is being organized. This means that the members do not feel preoccupied with the organization that is being lived.
Organizations such as this, will make its members feel good because they are only in demand in the willingness to build an organization in accordance with the state of their hearts. There is no compulsion, so that they can willingly endure it.

There are several steps that should be done in building an organization. Starting from the loyalty, the division of tasks according to their respective abilities and the organization underwent a casual (no coercion) in the hope of an organization can be built based on the sincerity of its members. Then guard with good organization and good luck
